The room was comfortable, and Ms. Shi and Pat were so accommodating, always smiling and speaking in a gentle, welcoming way. We enjoyed our five days there. The keycard was a hassle because it had to be reactivated every time we left and came back, so we couldn’t get into our room right away. The AC worked fine, but water was coming out of it, so we asked the front desk for help. Thank you.

I didn’t know about this place and now wish I’d stayed here. The restaurant is great, the French toast is out of this world, and the customer service was super. Shi was especially kind. The hotel prices look really good too. Five-star experience!

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and nicely styled. We felt relaxed and at home, and appreciated being allowed to check in early for free. Salamat po! The receptionists greeted us warmly and were friendly, kind, and informative. Big thanks to RC, Cath, and Angel for their hospitality and great service. Maraming salamat sa inyo! We had a wonderful stay and will come back next time we’re in Makati. Balik kami ulit! 😊

The food is always good, and this was such a comfortable, relaxing stay. The rooms were clean and spacious. I tried their massage service for the first time and found it refreshing. A big thumbs-up to the therapist who helped us. Thank you, Uhotel. 🙂💜

Good vibes in this quaint, lively hotel, with a clean room and a cool dining area in the lobby. The location is great, and lots of food places are within walking distance even at night. Kudos to chi and pat and all the staff. Highly recommended.
