I’m writing for my wife, who got trapped in the elevator on the second floor. The first room didn't look like the website photos, and its WiFi didn't work. They moved her, but in room two the TV and WiFi were both unreliable. Room three had better WiFi, though it kept disconnecting, and the phone to reception didn't work properly. The toilet leaked underneath, and turning on the air con brought a smell like a dead animal. The place wasn't well maintained. I’d suggest renting somewhere else unless you only need one night. If I were ZenRooms, I’d be embarrassed to put my logo on this hotel.

The room was clean and quiet, with cold air conditioning, and I had a nice stay. WiFi only worked in the lobby, but the staff went well out of their way to help guests.

The room was clean and had the basic necessities. They advertised a hot shower, but there wasn't one when I arrived. I was freezing while taking a bath.

We were there for just one night because of a New Year party nearby. It was budget-friendly and easy to get to. Don't expect too much from this hotel; it matches what you pay.

I mainly needed WiFi and expected better. The connection was weak, then stopped working altogether the next day.
