Patio Pacific Boracay

The room was clean and seemed recently renovated, and housekeeping came every day. The hotel’s common areas, including the pool and restaurant, were well kept. Breakfast tasted good, though the buffet selection was limited. I liked the egg station, where you can pick omelet toppings. Staff we met were warm and polite, especially the housekeeping, restaurant, and security teams, who paid attention to what we needed. Our room was across the street from the main building and its amenities, so going back and forth was a hassle. It was also on the third floor, and with no elevator, the stairs were difficult for the older people in our group. The room itself felt small for four: there was only one chair and no room for more, and the extra bed was wedged between two others. The bathroom door was frosted glass that you could see through, and the shower pressure kept changing. Party noise from behind the building carried into the room around midnight, so it wasn’t soundproof. A lot about the stay was good, but there were several things we didn’t like. Some might have been sorted out with arrangements made ahead of time. I blame our travel agency for not telling the hotel what we needed. If booking directly with Patio, contact them beforehand, especially if you’re traveling with children or older people. Ask for a lower-floor room in the main building to avoid crossing the street or climbing several flights of stairs. Patio Pacific is a decent, accessible place to stay at Station 1. It isn’t beachfront, but the shore is about a 3-5 minute walk, and D-mall is around four minutes away by e-bike. Our stay was okay, somewhere around 3.5-4 stars.

The location works well, and the staff were helpful and accommodating, from reception to the ground crew. Thanks, Patio Pacific. It’s convenient, feels like mid-tier luxury, and is good value for money, as always.

We loved relaxing by the pool. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the beach is only a short walk away.

The gym was amazing, and the hotel felt modern and very clean. The beach was a one-minute walk away. Breakfast was great and changed daily, and the staff were lovely and charming. I spent a week here and would definitely come back.
