The garden was a lovely place to slow down, with hammocks, a little reading hut and a clothes-drying area. It stretched right to the seafront, where fishing boats were moored. Nana and Corazon were wonderful hosts and helped us with anything we needed. Getting into Mambajao was easy, we could flag down a ride for 10php, and the lodge was not far from Hibok-Hibok volcano. We tried Rocky’s BBQ twice after it was recommended to us, because we liked it so much. Bahandi made for a peaceful stay in Camiguin, and we'd happily return.

The people were lovely, the location was good, and the water pressure was strong. The rooms are basic, but the breakfast was incredible. We were there three days ago and we're still thinking about it. You can rent a motorbike at the resort to get around. I'd stay here again.

The staff are really friendly and accommodating, and the accommodation is affordable. You get what you pay for. Breakfast is quite Western, just bread and fruit. It would be nice to have Filipino silog options too.

The black volcanic sand is unusual, and the water was remarkably clear with no visible rubbish. The beachside setting is quiet and good for recharging, while still being close to most tourist spots in Camiguin. Our room was simple, clean and comfortable. The staff were warm and helpful, and we enjoyed the food, though I would have liked more choices on the menu. It would also be nice to have access to a shared kitchen for guests who want to cook. Bahandi Beach Lodge is a good budget-friendly option for a quiet getaway.

The room was simple but had the essentials: a clean, comfortable bed, air-conditioning and hot and cold shower. There was even a drying rack outside for wet clothes, which came in handy. Bahandi Lodge had a homely feel, and our stay was peaceful and pleasant. There were quite a few mosquitoes if you spent a long time in the garden, so bring repellent. That didn't spoil things for us. The staff were friendly and always around to greet us when we headed out or got back from day trips. We'd consider coming back.
