I booked an overnight AirBnB starting at 2:00 pm, but by 6:00 pm I was still waiting for a parking space. I spent nearly four hours just trying to park, which wasted so much time. The guards wouldn't let me wait temporarily in the commercial area, even though I was willing to pay. Parking was a terrible experience. Never again, what a waste of money and time.

The location is great for getting to Rockwell easily. The shared spaces and amenities are fine, though they could use a makeover.

The area feels safe and the complex is beautiful. The location is fabulous, and people are very friendly.

The Wi-Fi was the fastest I've found in Manila so far, and the facilities were kept in great shape. Everyone at the front desk was very nice, and the staff seemed to enjoy their jobs. I was impressed by the amenities too: the gym was state of the art, the pools were lovely, and the parks and pebble area offered good space for walking and shopping. I stayed for a few days and loved it. There are loads of restaurants, coffee spots, shops and malls nearby, and nightlife is only a quick Grab ride away. It felt like having the comforts of home alongside a fancy hotel, and I could easily have spent my whole time in the middle of the year here. Prices are quite affordable, so I'd recommend it to international tourists considering a stay. I'd also consider living here long term. It may be one of the best places to live in all of Manila.

The rooftop was a huge plus: it was spacious and gave me a stunning 360-degree view. I could see Makati, Ortigas, BGC and even the airport. Check-in went smoothly, and a guard showed me where to get the keys. The facilities felt very new and clean, like a hotel. I visited from Japan and booked through airbnb. The location is a little far down the road, so I'd call a vehicle instead of trying to explore on foot. There's also a free public ferry at the Hulo port, going up to around quiapo. You can pass Malacañan Palace by ferry, but you need to show ID even though the fare is free. I hope to come back, enjoy!
