The room was small but very clean, and the building and the staff at GemstoneBR in SMDC Fame Residences were excellent. The sofa was in horrible condition, with springs sticking up. Using the microwave meant opening the refrigerator door, there were no garbage bags, and the bed was positioned so the bedroom door couldn't open. There were no instructions for the shower's hot water, and the washer seemed to have a mind of its own no matter what we tried. We booked through trip.com, and weren't pleased with how unprofessional the transaction handling felt. Someone from the company should have come to the room with us and reviewed the unit.

The security staff were amazing and extremely polite, which made my stay a pleasure. The reception is beautiful and welcoming, and the location is very central. The apartments are tiny, though I eventually got used to the size.

We spent New Year in our newly handed-over unit, just in time. It felt like a dream come true. We watched the Fireworks of Greenfields District, as people from all around the vicinity gathered before the clock struck midnight.
