Sunshine City Suites

The location is great and the views are lovely. Make sure to go up to the rooftop for an incredible look around.

The building feels modern and newly built, and the area is clean and secure. Getting around is the downside, especially with Pioneer Street as a one-way main route. It makes commuting in and out of Sunshine 100 difficult for vehicles. We had to walk some distance outside the property to meet our booked GRAB RIDE, which is a big issue for many people. Convenient, accessible condo, with plenty of restaurants and supermarkets to pick from.

The rooftop viewing area feels unsafe. Its door was broken, and I once got stuck up there for a long time in the scorching sun. I had my phone with me, but without it I might have died. With more than 40 floors and only two elevators consistently working, waits of 10-15 minutes are common. I also worry about security and how an evacuation would work in a fire. Reception staff are pleasant, but security and general etiquette around the facility need improvement. Residents can't call administration from their rooms and have to go to the reception desk in person. Gym etiquette is poor too. Some residents, particularly certain Black and Filipino individuals, hold equipment for a long time and leave it unattended while singing. When I try to use it, they suddenly shout, "Hey!!!" and stop me. We all pay the same fees, so people should share the communal equipment. I sincerely hope this improves.
