The reception is humid and moldy, with a urine smell. The bathroom floor was slippery, so I used cleaner and hot water on it. There were no toiletries, drinking water, kettle, spoon, or glasses. The pillows seemed very cheap and thin. Parking costs 200 per night and 50 per hour during the day. The garage was often empty, but security and management wanted us to use the front area parking. That’s twice as expensive as building parking in Makati. The place feels like a milking cow, and management is awful.

There’s parking, and a bulaluhan nearby. Jollibee, Chowking, and Watsons are just across the street, which makes the location a prime one. The staff were respectful and checked our rooms before we left, then returned the things we’d forgotten. The family room is affordable too.

We paid about 61k for a month, and my family and I were very disappointed. We stayed here twice, and both times the room was dirty. The floor and bathroom hadn't been mopped, and the sheets hadn't been changed. On our first stay there were cockroaches everywhere, so we had to buy spray ourselves. They also overcharged us for a late checkout: we paid 500 pesos even though other security staff said the rate was 100 pesos an hour. We were only a little over three hours late. The person who thought he was in charge said it was too late to clean, but the room was filthy when we checked in. He also claimed there was no Wi-Fi or that he didn't know the password, even though he was staying on our floor and there was Wi-Fi right outside in the corridor. I don't think we'll stay here again.

I paid 6,700 for five days and found dirt everywhere, including the linen. The fridge was moldy and the toilet dirty, and the room hadn't been cleaned before we arrived. The kettle we requested never came before checkout, and the Wi-Fi was terrible. Don't waste your money here.
