The apartment stayed quiet and felt very safe despite being in a busy area. We were close to Sierra madre street on foot, with street food, shops, water refilling, and a market, as well as lots of malls nearby. Our stay was so good we would have added another week if it hadn't already been booked. We booked through Airbnb in unit 0607 Kozihome. It's small, but the table worked for us, the internet was fast, and there were plenty of TV options. They left starter toilet paper and toiletries, including toothpaste and shampoo. The elevator is painfully slow and causes needless delays. On top of that, the security guards speak rudely and demeaningly, and talk about tenants as if they can't hear them. It's disrespectful and unprofessional. Management should deal with both their conduct and the building maintenance.
