Getting into our room took over 30 minutes, longer than at any other hotel I’ve checked into. The staff seemed unwelcoming and didn’t even offer a smile or proper help. Our room key was very flimsy and broke during normal use, but I still had to pay for it. I paid because I was the one holding it, though that felt unfair given how poor the key was. Security was another problem. The guards, especially at night, were rude and unhelpful, and there was no lobby staff in the evening. When we tried to enter, they asked for our IDs, which we’d already handed in earlier that day. The guard couldn’t find them and instead asked who we’d given them to. The service at Green Residences Stays by PBYY fell far below an acceptable standard. I hope they take this feedback seriously and improve.

Green Residences is clean, cozy, and well maintained, making it comfortable and convenient for students or anyone looking for an easy city stay. LRT-1 is especially accessible from here, so getting around is simple. Highly recommended.

The location is convenient, but the service under PBYY was terrible. The towels and blankets looked like old rags, and they wouldn’t even provide a simple confirmation document with the guest’s name. The electrical outlets are also so loose that plugs barely stay in.

For almost two years I’ve lived in Green, and since moving to a lower floor, my balcony has become a dumping spot for people above me who throw rubbish out their windows. I’ve reported it to the lobby staff twice, but nothing has been done. I’m left cleaning their disgusting trash, and small roaches keep showing up on my balcony because of it. Do people have no basic decency? Why is management still ignoring this?

The person renting out the room was no help. The toilet was broken and the AC needed attention, but I couldn’t get anyone to look at either. They asked for an extra deposit at check-in, and it was hard to reach the supposedly 24-hour support. I wouldn’t recommend it.
