The room mix-up was the last straw. While we were already inside, someone rang our doorbell because apparently that same room number had also been assigned to another guest. Before that, Carrisa handled my payment. I asked specifically what 10 hours would cost and was told 720, but my debit card was charged a different amount. I was already frustrated by how I was handled at the front desk. I asked if a room was available and wasn't properly assisted. I waited about a minute to make it clear to the receptionists I was there. Then one suddenly called “Number 2,” though I hadn't been given a ticket or queue number. I went back to my seat, and when I thought my number wasn't being called, returned to the desk. Only then did they give me a paper, this time marked Number 6. The whole thing was upsetting and disappointing. Are you sure you're doing your job properly?
