I expected to stay three nights, but after seeing the rooms I cancelled right away and found another hotel. Room 401 was dirty, so I raised it with the staff and they moved me to 601. That one was just as bad, if not worse. There were insects on the walls and dirt in several places, and I have photos. The floors were grimy, the walls stained and cracked, and the curtains dusty. It smelled awful as soon as I entered. The old, worn mattress and linens that didn't look clean made the bed feel unhygienic too. The Trip.com photos looked nothing like what I saw. They felt misleading, which was alarming. When I told the receptionist about the dirt, she seemed surprised. I don't know whether the owner or staff know how the rooms are, but I've already reported the hotel.
