Clean sheets and WiFi in the room, with lots of restaurants nearby and DLSU just a stone's throw away. It's an old condo, with no frills or pretensions, but it feels safe and clean. A nice budget place to start with.

I left my pants in the cabinet when I checked out, so yes, that part was my fault. But when I came back, the staff said they hadn't seen them anywhere. I had left them in the room, so where did they go? I find it hard to believe nobody noticed them, and I don't think the staff were honest about it.

They charged us 700 pesos for a broken lamp we hadn't used or even touched. I was already late for work and didn't want to argue, so I paid. This is honestly the worst motel I've stayed in. Managers should check on the front desk staff, because they reflect the kind of place you're running.

We booked two nights and requested early check-in because our international flight arrived in the morning. After traveling all night, I was really looking forward to a bed. The reservation was accepted with the early arrival request, but when we got there they wanted to charge 100% of the room rate for an “extra day”, basically charging us for three days when we were staying two nights. And no room was available until 2 PM. The staff were unhelpful and showed no sympathy. I've stayed at many places in Manila and they've handled early check-in well, or at least not accepted a non-refundable booking while misleading us. This place sucks. It's also hard to find: Google Maps put it in the middle of a school, and our driver circled the block three times before we spotted it. Don't book here.
