Moalboal Casablanca Inn

The staff really made our first hotel stay in the Philippines memorable. They helped us sort out tours and cabs, and stepped in right away when we nearly got scammed in the market area. They stayed until it was resolved. Huge thanks to Avigail at the front desk, who handled everything like a rockstar. It can be a hassle figuring things out in another country, so we were glad to be here. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the whole place has a beautiful, calming atmosphere. We’d love to return, and definitely recommend it. ❤️

Raquel and her husband were friendly and made us feel at home. She can arrange tours for the same price you’d pay in person. If you need transport from the bus stop, ask Raquel about a tricycle or other ride: the drivers may try to overcharge, saying the place is down a dirt road and they’d rather take someone elsewhere. We negotiated from 600 to 400 peso. We also hired a bike, which made things convenient, and it’s about a 10-minute drive to the main area for food. Our room was large and clean, with a small outdoor sitting area. At night, the reception seating is nicely lit. We really enjoyed our stay.

The staff were the friendliest and most helpful we came across. Clean, nice rooms and a great pool too. We absolutely loved staying at Casablanca and would recommend it to anyone.

The area is quiet and peaceful, with greenery all around. We also liked the facilities, especially the pool, and were able to use the kitchen. Staff were kind and helpful, including when they helped wash our heaps of laundry. The rooms are well kept, with big windows and blackout curtains. Thanks for a really enjoyable stay!
