The pool water was murky, and I had second thoughts about getting in. Our AC also leaked onto the floor, making the area hazardous to walk through. The included breakfast was laughable, and the extra bed they gave us was wet. We had to ask four or five times for proper bedding and towels for everyone, even though we'd paid 1250php per person. The rooms are priced for only two guests, and with kids our group of eight could have fit in the large room, which had enough beds for six. For what we paid, the value just wasn't there. I'd skip this place.

We stayed with my family at Terra Rika Beach Resort and had the best experience in Ilocos Norte. The view was lovely, the staff were very accommodating, and the restaurant had delicious food. Great pool too, and five-star service!

We were a little nervous after reading the reviews, but our stay at Terra Rika with friends turned out really nice. Any issues we ran into were minor and the staff could easily address them. They were warm and accommodating, our room was comfortable, and the location was great for unwinding. Don't leave without trying the strawberry shake! It was just right after a day exploring Laoag and Pagudpud. I'd love to come back.

I was unsure about booking because of the reviews, so I tried one night first. I wound up extending for four nights, hehe. The resort location was really nice, and my room was cozy with a great view. Staff were kind and accommodating. Definitely try the shrimp and strawberry shake!

The staff were friendly and very accommodating, and the food was delicious with generous servings. Our loft unit had a great sea view, room for eight or more, and a breakfast bar where we could have drinks and snacks or play cards. We also spent time on the terrace enjoying the ocean breeze. The pool stayed open into the evening, which made for nice night swims after the beach. We had a relaxing, memorable stay at this beachfront resort. Great for families and groups.
