There were ants all over the room, and it took a while to get a replacement room. Then the hot water suddenly stopped while I was bathing. The worst resort I’ve ever seen. I wouldn’t recommend it.

The food wasn't for me, though the service was good. The pool is quite nice, and they offer a multicab pickup and drop-off to the beach. Alona Beach is about two kilometers away. The airport pickup felt a little pricey, and you may be expected to tip the driver.

The beach is only about a three-minute drive, and there’s a free shuttle bus there and back. The kitchen and front desk staff were especially helpful, attentive, and friendly. A very lovely experience, and the location is good too.

I stayed four nights and felt I got my money’s worth. The convenience store is within walking distance, and breakfast is a simple but good buffet. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the large pool gets cleaned daily. Service was quick and the staff were friendly. I’d recommend it.

The staff were lovely, kind, and did their best to help. Our room was roomy and nice, but the mildew smell was really strong and unbearable, and there was no window to open. The place itself is nice, though a little far from the main Alona Beach area. I wouldn’t return because of that smell.
