The owners even gave me medicine and oil for free when I was dealing with digestive problems, which was very kind. I felt safe and welcome as a foreigner, and the whole staff gave our family group of 13 a genuinely warm reception. The rooms were clean, breakfast was good, and the massage was fantastic. It’s a place I’d gladly return to and recommend. Cheers from Canada ;)

Getting around was easy by scooter, even though the place is away from the crowds. The staff were pleasant, and the grounds looked nice, with a pool that seemed inviting, though I didn’t use it. My room felt a bit shabby and the bed was really uncomfortable. It was okay overall, but I’m not sure I’d stay again.

They had breakfast ready for our early boat ride, which we really appreciated. The rooms were basic but fine for what we needed, and the main pool area was beautiful and relaxing, with lots of greenery around it. It’s away from much of the hustle and bustle, though a medium scooter ride gets you where you need to go.

Getting to Alona Beach took around 15-20 minutes by tricycle, and we paid ₱250 each way. The front desk can arrange transport. There’s an on-site restaurant for when you don’t feel like going out, plus a pool, and the hotel accepts cash and GCash. It’s in a convenient part of Panglao, near the airport and many tourist spots. Our 4-day, 3-night Agoda booking cost ₱6,000 per room for three guests, breakfast included, which I thought was a great deal. The room had a TV and refrigerator as well as Wi-Fi, though the signal wasn’t very strong. The staff were friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. One thing to plan for: there’s no convenience store nearby, and malls are quite far away.
