Plaza Del Norte & Convention Center

During my 5-day stay, the staff's kindness really stood out. They went above and beyond to make things pleasant. The front desk was always ready with answers and local attraction tips, housekeeping left my room spotless each day, and the restaurant staff served delicious meals with excellent service. My room was simple but elegant, with the essentials for a comfortable stay. The bed was cozy, the bathroom clean and well maintained, and the air conditioning kept the temperature just right.

We got a fantastic deal through Agoda and stayed for five days. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the rooms were simple and clean, with comfortable mattresses and blankets. The pillows were quite thick, so it took some getting used to. We visited off peak, so breakfast wasn't a buffet. There were a handful of Filipino breakfast dishes to order. They tasted good, though I would have liked some Western choices too. Bring a car if you visit, since it's about 10km from Laoag city, though close to the sand dunes and the Malacanang of the north.

It's a bit far from the city, but the peaceful, relaxing setting was fantastic. The staff were helpful and accommodating, and housekeeping kept everything well maintained and sanitized. Someone at the lobby took the initiative to see to my family's needs. Thanks so much, we'll surely come back!

The staff were great, and our suite was huge, with two aircons. It took a while to cool down during the day, though, and the toilet flush was weak enough that it took a few tries to clear everything. The hotel is in Paoay, about a 15 minute drive from Laoag. Apart from those issues, it could be the best value hotel near or in Laoag.
