We rented the apartment for a month and enjoyed our stay. The facilities were nice, and it's close to the airport. SM Mall is across the road, just over the walkway. We'd be happy to stay there again.

A great choice for a staycation, right across from SM Sucat and about a five-minute drive from NAIA. I felt safe with guards patrolling around the clock and polite concierges. You can't go wrong staying here.

The surroundings are clean and feel safe, and the location works well for both short and long stays. The airport, SM Sucat, and the Parañaque Police Station are nearby. They hold holiday celebrations for residents, open the pool to outsiders for an affordable fee, and have an earthquake drill every month.

There are much nicer places to live, and they keep cutting back on services. Parking a bicycle costs over P2000 a month. Friends who visit have to pay for parking too.

There's a bit of a pong that gets into the condos at night, bad enough to restrict breathing. Be careful if you have COPD or asthma.
