The room was good and had all the necessary things, but the service was really poor. I've stayed at other staycations, and this one felt very uncoordinated. The check-in and checkout steps weren't clear. Even after arriving, we still had to go through three or four more steps to check in, and it was the same at checkout. They should have explained this when we booked. We were nearly charged for towels, though nobody had told us there was a fee if they were used, and also for a burnt pot we hadn't used. The owner showed us chats with her cleaner, whose tone sounded condescending, as if we'd been given all the information. I hope they improve how they communicate and handle the process.
