Gentry Manor 1BR with Balcony Near Okada -6A

I've got a few units here that I rent for both short and long stays, so the photos are of my own places. Gentry Manor staff call me Number 1 (#1) because I was the first owner to get the keys. I guess I'm a bit famous here. The building is a new Megaworld residential development with four towers, A through D, and around 1,300 units. Tower A has 18 levels and is ready for occupancy. Owners reached the critical 60% acceptance rate in June 2024, so association dues are active. Commercial spaces are expected to be ready in early 2025. Owners are still processing parking slots so they can be rented out. Globe GFiber is the current Wi-Fi provider, with plans starting at 50 Mbps. The connection has been stable and fast so far. The building admin, security, reception, cleaning, and maintenance staff have been courteous, respectful, and professional. Security is on duty 24/7 and does a good job. Units start at 37 sqm including a balcony, which is larger than nearby condos. Facilities include a gym, pool, business meeting room, function rooms, a kids' playroom, and a games room with PS5. The building is right next to the Skyway entrance and beside Okada Manila. It's handy for staycations or events at Okada, Solaire/Theatre, City of Dreams (COD), Mall of Asia (MOA), MOA Arena, SMX Convention, Ayala Mall, Parqal, and Manila Bay. There are several planned developments nearby: a fourth casino, after Solaire, COD, and Okada, is being built opposite Solaire Theatre; St Lukes hospital is planned opposite Ayala Mall; a 3,000-seat grand opera house theatre and a shopping mall are set to rise opposite Gentry Manor; and a private international school may be built behind it. The amenities are very nice and the location is good, but there aren't any commercial shops downstairs. The condominium has only just been turned over.
