Jen's Paranaque City Apartment

The office woman was rude and rough with customers, even though my reservation was prepaid. The room was dirty when we arrived, so my wife had to clean it herself, and asking them to clean meant paying for their own mess. There were no blankets or sheets included. If you ask for a blanket, you have to pay rent for it, something I’ve never encountered anywhere else. The location is in the middle of narrow, unsafe, popular neighborhoods.

The room had roaches and smelled dusty, and they double-booked the room I’d reserved. They still owe me my security deposit, too. The staff member was the most unpleasant and unhelpful person I’ve met by far. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you want a hassle-free stay.

The bathroom was a mess. I had to open the bidet connection before using it, then shut it off there again or the bathroom would flood. The sink wobbled every time, and even the balcony door needed adjusting. The pullout bed and the other bed were both old and in really bad shape. We booked a non-smoking two-bedroom apartment for three nights, but got what felt like a separate studio setup. One room was non-smoking, while the other reeked of cigarettes, even on the curtains and sheets. The air conditioning in that room barely cooled, even on the highest setting. The whole stay was awful. I won't come back, and I wouldn't spend money on this apartment.

The photos didn't match the place we were given. Dust was everywhere, the rooms were dirty, and the sheets were torn. The mattress was so uncomfortable it wasn't fit for purpose. The toilet seat wasn't attached and had been left awkwardly behind the sink. All in all, a thoroughly disappointing stay. I wouldn't recommend this apartment to anyone.
