The grounds feel peaceful, and the terrace has a great view. The room was tidy, clean, and cozy, and the price felt affordable and fair. I highly recommend this condo hotel. They also have security around the clock.

We were worn out after dropping cargo at the dock and had a flight the next morning, so we stayed just one night. The staff and security were really friendly and helpful, and let us check in hours before the usual time. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked. There was a coffee pot but no coffee, luckily I keep some in my travel bag for situations like that.

The staff were nice, especially the guard who helped my boyfriend whenever we were maneuvering. I've stayed here a couple of times, and it's okay overall, but we've run into some hassles. Once, the bathroom had no running water and maintenance had to come fix it, which was inconvenient. In one room, maybe on the 3rd or 5th floor, the AC wouldn't respond properly to the remote and wasn't cooling enough. There were also small cockroaches in the rooms. My boyfriend got up and crushed one with his slipper. The bed still has its plastic covering, which is good, but it makes a lot of noise whenever someone moves and bothered me while I was trying to sleep. Still, I would recommend the hotel.

The bed is up on a mezzanine beside a window, and it gets unbearably hot there. The sheets were dirty, with a large stain right in the middle. The air conditioner is very noisy and needs replacing, while the Wi-Fi barely works. The room photos also don't match what you get. At reception we met a woman who was unhelpful and unfriendly. She accused us of smoking in the room after rummaging through the rubbish bin, even though we'd only just thrown our garbage away. We don't throw cigarette butts out in the street. This hotel is best avoided.
