I’ve stayed here many times. The staff have always been the best part, and the restaurant food is good too. The bathrooms in the rooms feel dated and really should be redone.

The place looks classy and was very clean. You can order room-service breakfast from the kenny rogers menu. Cable TV worked, except for live videos on yt. There’s a swimming pool, though we didn’t try it. Baclaran church is an easy walk, and you can keep walking farther to parqal and ayala malls manila bay.

We spent six nights at 88Courtyard hotel @pasy City. The hotel is close to the airport, and SM Mall of Asia is only 1.5 km away, an easy walk. There’s also a laundry shop 650.0 m away at the Phoenix Petroleum gas station. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Thanks for the service 😄🙏🏻

My room was spotless and nicely decorated, with plush bedding and everything I needed, including high-speed Wi-Fi. Housekeeping came promptly each day and did a thorough job. At 88 courtyard hotel, the staff were warm from the moment I arrived and went out of their way to make me comfortable. The quality and ambiance exceeded my expectations. I’d recommend 88court yard hotel for business or leisure, and I’m already looking forward to returning.

I stayed eight nights in a row in September 2025. The room was about 70% clean by my standards, and the hot water ran out in under five minutes every time I showered. Breakfast was decent. The night market was closed by, but you can still get late-night snacks, and Kenny Rogers, Chowking, and 7-Eleven are all within walking distance.
