Ai-Stay 17*4 at Shore 2 T3

I stayed in unit 1715, and cleanliness seemed badly neglected. There was a strong, unpleasant smell throughout, and tiny roaches kept appearing in the room, bathroom, and near our belongings. It made the stay uncomfortable and unhygienic, and I couldn't relax with pests around. I wouldn't recommend it unless cleaning and pest control improve significantly.

The unit owners were great, and at least one had a good attitude. The rest of the experience was horrendous because the security and other personnel were so bad. There was no professionalism or customer service, and staff were handling reception in the early morning. Why are they even assigned to reception?

I rented a flat here through a broker, and while I was away someone changed the door lock, leaving me locked out. The owner said the broker owed him money and told me I had to pay that outstanding balance to get my luggage. The receptionists helped me call the owner, but it didn't do much good. For a short stay, I'd book a hotel instead. Avoid this building if you can, the people involved were sketchy and the whole situation was a hassle.

Everything we needed was pretty accessible, from malls and tourist spots to NAIA airport. Elijah’s Crib is cozy and very budget friendly, so I'd recommend it for trips with your besties. We could cook, make our own coffee, play games, or watch Netflix and chill, thanks to the amenities provided.
