The worst part was finding large cockroaches, about the size of my palm, when I turned off the light. There was no toilet paper, and neither the sink nor toilet had running water. I left in the middle of the night. I wouldn’t recommend it.

I stayed only because it was close to T3 at the airport. The aircon worked well and the bed was okay, but the room wasn’t worth 800 php a night. The bathroom was much too small, the toilet wouldn’t flush, and there was no toilet paper. Customer service was poor. The guy gave me the wrong key, and after I went all the way downstairs from the 4th floor to ask for the right one, he never brought it up. I was also left waiting outside for ages before anyone came to help.
I won’t be coming back. They told me the price was 700, then charged me 1100 when I arrived, and the service wasn’t good. There was no wifi, the room wasn’t cool, and the bed wasn’t clean. They didn’t provide shampoo, soap, toothpaste, a toothbrush, or tissue either. If I’d known it would be like this, I wouldn’t have come. What was advertised was very different from what I got, and I wouldn’t recommend it to others. I’m not satisfied at all. 😡😡😡😡
After a long trip, I wanted somewhere to rest, but the room felt stressful and unrefreshing. The sheets, pillows, and blanket smelled as if someone had already used them. I even wondered if a previous guest had only stayed for an hour. After showering and trying to sleep for about 30 minutes, my body became really itchy. It was a very bad experience. Even with the lower price and walking distance to NaiaTerminal 3, I wouldn’t recommend staying here. It’s worth spending more to find a good place after a long journey. Never again.
Friendly customer service and a price that felt fair. The rooms have a private toilet, fan, air conditioner, and an old television, with the facilities complete but only standard quality. The water smells of chlorine, and the rooms have a smell like a pet has been inside. Still, it’s an affordable place to stay and worth the price.
