The staff were welcoming, and the rooms were spacious with a nice scent. It's an affordable stay close to fast food spots, convenience stores, and transpos. Wifi is free, and you can watch Netflix and YouTube. There's also a designated smoking area.

The rooms are a good size, the beds are comfortable, and the reception staff were friendly. The toilet and shower are shared, and the shower curtains instead of doors could be a privacy concern for female guests. There was no hot water.

burgos Hub was quiet and professionally run, with spotless facilities and excellent upkeep. Its calm, orderly feel made for a relaxing stay, especially if you value peace and quiet. The quality and service felt truly five-star.

We stayed just one night and were surprised by how comfortable it was, since we expected less. For the price, having a TV with Netflix and YouTube was great. The place has a lot of potential. A cockroach walking on the wall near the bed woke us up at night. This has happened to us several times over three months of travel in different countries, and it seems common in Asia. The location was a little strange, on a side street by the Buen Día shopping center. Walking there at night made me feel a bit unsafe, though the subway was only a six-minute walk away. Given the price, it's acceptable, and I'd recommend it if you keep those points in mind.

It's affordable, easy to get to, and clean, and the staff were all friendly and very accommodating. This has been our best stay so far. Thanks for helping us.
