The food was great, and whenever I needed something, the service was fast. I spent one night at Sogo Harrison and really enjoyed it. The room was clean and decent, and the management deserves a shout-out, especially sir Jan and sir Alvin. They were friendly and professional.

FB Harrison S18 Mega Suite was a 9/10 stay for me. The pirate theme and decorations were fun, and the room was huge, with plenty of space to walk around. It smelled fragrant as soon as I went in, and the jacuzzi and bath gel were nice touches. The room felt cozy, and I’d try it again, along with one of the other themes. Ma’am Jen was especially welcoming and took care of all my needs and questions. The staff were helpful and accommodating, and I felt safe there. One drawback, the hair dryer and some other electronics weren’t working. I hope they get fixed. Thanks so much!

The room we were assigned still had trash in the bin, and the toilet hadn’t been flushed. Aside from that, we had a good experience. The location is convenient and easy to get to, and I’d still consider staying here for a short visit. 🙂

The staff didn’t explain the room or what services were included, and when I arrived early they wouldn’t hold my luggage because there’s no storage. Inside, I had no fridge, kettle, coffee, or tea. The Wi-Fi was down, and since my room was in the middle of the hotel, my cellular data connection was poor too. There was no blanket, just a sheet for two people. The one box of supplies I received had a small shampoo, toothpaste, and one bar of soap, with no complimentary service for two. It may be clean, but this was a bad stay.

The rooms and public areas were clean, and the staff were very nice and easy to approach.
