Lanson Place Mall of Asia Manila

The bright, airy feel of this hotel was one of my favorite things, and it’s an easy walk to the mall. It was very clean, and we enjoyed the breakfast buffet. The staff were considerate, approachable, and helpful throughout. We extended our stay without any hassle and paid only a small additional fee. The marketing department handled the reservation smoothly. We were given a Deluxe King room, which made our stay more comfortable. The manager on duty also went out of their way to help after we accidentally left some of our baby’s things behind, coordinating their return personally. We really appreciated that care. This is one of my favorite hotel stays so far, and I’d especially recommend it to families. We’ll be back.

We had a beautiful view from our comfortable, well-kept room, and housekeeping kept it spotless and in order throughout our stay. The team’s professionalism and attention to detail really stood out. The reservations staff were responsive and accommodating from the time we booked through arrival. We didn’t get the bathtub we’d requested, but the cleanliness, service, and rest of the experience more than made up for it. My wife and I had a memorable stay at Lanson Place Mall of Asia Manila, and we’d happily recommend it and return. Thanks to the whole Lanson Place team.

JP and Jasmine at the Executive Lounge were so polished and professional that I honestly assumed they were regular staff. Their work reflects real dedication. Sir Russel, the bellman who helped us, was accommodating and very helpful too. The guards were also warm and approachable while remaining professional. One greeted me with “welcome back,” and that really stuck with me. I haven’t seen that combination of friendliness and professionalism at another hotel. Kim, the Duty Manager, made our stay at Lanson smooth and memorable. Her natural way with guests made me think she’d been in hospitality for a long time. She gave us a thoughtful complimentary gift and kindly extended our checkout. When the phone didn’t ring, she even came up to our room herself, a rare bit of attentiveness that I really noticed. Everything went well, and the whole team made us feel looked after. Thank you for such a wonderful stay.

I was in the Philippines for a friend’s wedding at Conrad, so Lanson Place worked perfectly for me, less than 1 km away. My junior suite was quiet, clean, comfortable, and equipped with what I needed for a three-night stay this May. It also had lovely sea views. The infinity pool is on the eleventh floor, and there’s a decent gym. Ninoy Aquiño International Airport is about 7.5kms away. People across housekeeping, concierge, and the restaurant were lovely and helpful. Nearly everyone smiled and greeted me each day, and staff often went out of their way to help. I’m looking forward to staying here again and visiting the Philippines more often.
