For a budget stay with basic amenities, this place is okay. My single room was clean and had a TV, hot shower, and Wi-Fi. The AC unit is mounted so high that I had to ask for a chair to reach it. There's no landline, so you have to book in person or online. A 7-Eleven is on the ground floor, but the property is near slum areas, so you can expect to see homeless people and beggars when you go outside. I wouldn't recommend it if you're fussy about the service or the location.

Our venue was only 900 meters away, and it was easy to get around from here, with a 7/11 nearby and all kinds of transportation accessible. We had a great one-night stay. Check-in was smooth, and the staff were all smiles.

The location worked really well for us, with a 7-Eleven beside the apartelle and PICC, CCP, the PAL office, and Star City all nearby. If you're going to events at those places, it's a good deal. The rooms are small but fine for the price, so don't expect too much. There's a TV, though it only has YouTube, plus a clean CR, hot shower, one free roll of toilet paper, towels, and slippers. Service was okay. There isn't a phone in the room, so you have to go out into the hallway to call reception, though they're also responsive on their Facebook page. There's no corkage fee, but cooking in the room isn't allowed. They take a 500 peso security deposit and return it at checkout. I didn't get a chance to take a picture.

A convenience store in the building means you can pick up food or anything you forgot at any hour. The staff are really kind and helpful, and they can point you toward the cheapest public transport. It's close to PICC and the airport, and for someone on a tight budget like me, it's clean, affordable, and just right while waiting for a flight.
