New Condo Unit@Palmtree Villas Near Naia3

I regret booking Unit 6V, Cluster 3, Palm Tree Villas, 6th Floor, and I’m very disappointed that my payment wasn’t refunded. I can’t recommend this place. They said someone would wait in the lobby for 24 hours after my flight landed. We expected to be checked in properly, but the receptionist was unfriendly and said she had no contact with the person we’d been dealing with, only knew their face and name. The reception area was uncomfortable, smelled bad, and had no air conditioning. It was raining, my luggage was extremely heavy, and only the security guard was kind enough to help. He called the owner several times, but nobody answered. They acted as if nothing had happened and blamed me, repeatedly asking whether I was still coming. Of course I was, I’d confirmed while still at the airport in another country. Common sense. People there told me this had happened to many other customers too, leaving them waiting a long time. Don’t try to book here.

The room was very clean, and the room owner was one of the best, very kind. But the administrative staff at reception and the guards were rude and shouted at us. We didn’t feel welcome as guests in the condominium. I hope they improve the service and train the staff.

Roaches were everywhere, in the appliances and across the filthy room. The bed linen was dirty, and the bathroom and unused linen were filthy too. We left early because the itching in bed was unbearable, and we didn’t even use the bathroom.

I booked through agoda, and the unit assigned to me had roaches when we entered. The listing for 6T cluster 1 twi palm tree villas newport manila promised a swimming pool view, but the unit we got looked out over a highway instead. It also had roaches.
