One Terence Residences Pasay near MOA

It’s a quiet, nice hotel. There’s a 7-Eleven not too far away.

There’s no parking, and the place is small, along a narrow road near homes. The terrace was messy and out of use during our stay. Inside, the room was alright, with air conditioning, a clean bed, TV, and free Wi-Fi. The CR was clean too, though the toilet and shower had no partition, and the CR door in our room was broken.

The receptionist, Luis, was friendly and kind, and the place is basic but usable. Our room was clean, with towels and body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. The Wi-Fi was strong and the AC very cold. Still, after three days our room hadn't been cleaned, the rubbish was still there, and the bed hadn't been made. There was no hot shower water, and the running water would stop, so it wasn't available around the clock. You also have to wait for the receptionist to let you through the locked front gate each time you come back, which gets annoying, and there's a midnight curfew. Nights were loud, so don't count on sleeping quietly. It cost about $22 USD (1,200 PHP) a night, and don't expect a discount. Two stars.

The staff member was really nice and attentive to what we needed, despite being the only one on duty for our whole four-day stay. The location is handy, though the hotel isn't on the highway, so ask the locals how to find it. Family attractions nearby include Oceanpark, starcity, upside down museum, and manila zoo. Our room was very small for Php1,100, with double-deck beds, and the comfort room door was broken. I wouldn't recommend it for a family of four or more, though it might suit couples.
