OYO 431 Apollo 11 Apartelle

The location is the best part, close to the MRT, airport, malls, and other places. It also felt safe, with staff guarding the main gate around the clock. The room was fine, but quite old, especially the toilet, and could use some renovation.

Once we finally reached the room, it was in terrible shape. The floor was dirty, the sheets and pillowcases were stained, and the blanket smelled foul. Wires dangled around the wall-mounted TV, which looked unsafe and badly done. We went back to complain, but once again there was no one at reception. Before that, we'd waited almost an hour for anyone to help us at the desk. The staff seemed untrained and uninterested, and acted as if our late-afternoon check-in was our fault. The place was poorly managed, and this was one of the worst accommodation experiences we've had. We absolutely do NOT recommend this apartelle.

Getting a ride-hailing car from here can be difficult, but I had a great stay. The area is secure, inside a gated subdivision with guards on duty 24/7 and CCTV within the premises. My room was clean and had the essentials.

Nobody was there to receive me at the room counter, and I couldn't bring my luggage up because there were only stairs. I checked the room but didn't use it or sleep there, even though I had paid. The place and room were disgusting, so I had to leave and move to another hotel.
