The pool area felt relaxing, and someone was always nearby keeping an eye on swimmers. The staff were polite and kind, and they made sure we had what we needed. I felt at home during our stay at “The Selah Garden Hotel,” and I was very satisfied with the service. I’m Roni Salgado from Toronto canada, and I’d recommend this place to friends and relatives. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were quick to help whenever we needed something. Parking is tight, as others have mentioned. It’s a bit far from the town center and public transport, but getting a Grab or taxi is easy. We didn’t try the food or buffet, BUT I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEIR MASSAGE PLACE JUST ABOVE 7’11!! Best massage we’ve had in years, plus a surprise finale stretching 😆 🫶

The room was fine for the price, and it’s cheap, but I wouldn’t stay here with a car. Parking is first come, first served, and they don’t make that clear upfront. They set spaces aside for event guests, yet don’t reserve or properly allocate spots for hotel guests. Leave and come back, and someone else may have taken your spot even after you’ve checked in. Then they tell you to park at 7/11, which is ridiculous. The road outside is narrow and crowded, and leaving a car parked along it doesn’t feel safe, especially since the hotel says it isn’t responsible for anything. The night shift guards were much friendlier and more considerate. Day shift guards were okay, though they didn’t seem very concerned about customers. If you have a car and can pay a little more, choose somewhere else. This place isn’t worth the parking hassle.

We booked through Agoda and arrived to find a party taking over the whole property. They gave us a room, but after dinner the karaoke started, blasting at 110db from 10 meter away. Staff said it would stop 'soon'. The rules say 'no parties after 8pm', but at 9.30pm it was still going at 110db. We asked reception to stop it or refund us so we could find another place. They refused both. We left and booked somewhere else, then filed a complaint with Agoda. Agoda contacted the property, but they again refused to accept their mistake. If you don’t want to be scammed, STAY AWAY from this place.
