RedDoorz near OWWA Pasay

This room was a total nightmare. The bedding and blankets were printed fleece, smelled used, and had what looked like cigar burn holes, nothing like the hotel-style fittings advertised. The metal plumbing, fixtures, and bed frame were rusty. Cockroaches and blood suckers were along the wall from the main door, which had a gap and didn't fit its frame; it was held shut with a tiny padlock and had no doorknob. At the bottom of the restroom door, plastic sheeting had been fastened over the vent. The toilet wouldn't flush completely, and there was no automatic flush working. There wasn't a water heater, the shower douche didn't work, and the bathroom had no towel rack or hangers. The only table was a makeshift wood panel attached to the wall by the main door. No chair, no internet despite what was advertised, and no TV monitor.

The room was so narrow, with barely space beyond the bed, and the bedding and foam were awful. The place looks like a tiny cheap apartment, nothing like the bedroom and bed in the Agoda pictures. If you're claustrophobic, you could get sick here. They don't even provide soap, shampoo, or toothpaste, and some customers said the place and pillows stink. There's no elevator or anyone to help carry luggage, so keep that in mind if you're in the same situation I was. They also ask for a 1,000 security deposit, which didn't feel worth it, and have curfew hours, perhaps because they can't afford night staff. Be careful with hotel booking sites and don't get fooled by the ads. This was my worst hotel booking experience, and the place is not worth the price. Please report this hotel. WORST HOTEL IN THE WORLD!

The receptionist was friendly, and the room was neat and clean. It's small, but had enough ventilation and the air conditioning worked.

The staff were nice and accommodating, and the location was convenient for the bus stations. The room was the problem: too small, with the bathroom right next to the bed. I spotted small cockroaches, the floor was wet, and there was no rug. The toilet was clogged too. I've stayed in some not-so-good hotels before, but this was the worst. It cost too much for what we got.
