I really liked the ambiance, the staff were great and accommodating, and the pillows were especially nice. But they wanted us to pay a thousand for the broken shower. When my partner opened the faucet, the shower tube jumped out of its handle from the water pressure and fell, breaking. The handle had already loosened its grip, and we had no idea. It wasn't our fault, but they still wanted us to pay.

I booked a suite but was given a standard room. I stayed six days, and the room wasn't cleaned once. There was no water in the room, and they charged 80php for a bottle that costs 29php in stores. The shower gel was empty and wasn't refilled, and there were no towels in the room. The room showed signs of wear. Much better to stay at any other hotel in the area.

It's well equipped, and the toilet even has a bidet. The main draw is the location, near the airport and directly opposite the partas bus terminal. My first choice for travelers.

The rooms were clean and spacious. The only downside was finding nobody at the front desk after working hours, apart from the security staff at the door.
