The staff were professional and quick to pay attention. The room had all the facilities and was surprisingly clean. I hadn't expected so much for the price. I had a really comfortable night, better than at a five-star hotel. Thank you!

Restaurants are only a 3-10 minute walk away, and there's a free shuttle to the mall if that's your thing. We paid 70$ Canadian, which was a great bargain. Manuel was super friendly and tried to accommodate us. We stayed in unit 4, and it was a great change from the other places we'd stayed. The place was very clean and fully equipped, in a safe spot close to the airports. I can't speak to the bad reviews, and I'm thinking they may be from the competition. If you're debating whether to stay here, you won't be disappointed. Thanks for the stay. Rick Avery

The whole place was easy to get around on foot despite the rainy weather. I used the bridgeway to reach my flight at Terminal 3. I rented a condo unit for one night while attending a nearby conference, and had no complaints. It was clean and safe.

The room in d7 was dirty, with cockroaches all over the walls and bed. We left right away and stayed at a Belmont, but they wouldn't refund us, and management never replied. If you want to sleep with cockroaches, this is the place for you. It was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in.
