SeaBreeze at Breeze Residences

The room was clean and had a kitchen, microwave, kettle, toaster, cutlery, and crockery. There were no pots or pans, though. The freezer worked, but nothing stayed cold in the fridge section, even after I tried different settings.

While the location is close to Mall of Asia, restaurants, public transport, and taxis, it can get noisy at night because it’s near the road, restaurants, and a bar. We paid for unit1250B, which is much bigger, but were given unit 3049 in SDMDC Breeze residences instead. Unit 3049 is far too cramped for four people, or even two, and had lots of cockroaches. When we asked to move to unit 1250B, as shown in the advertised address and our booking confirmation, they asked us for an extra 1800PhP. The owner used the address and photo for unit 1250B to misrepresent the cramped Studio Apartment in unit 3049. The property owner seemed shady and refused to take responsibility for any wrongdoing. I’d recommend unit 1250 B, but not that owner. People should think twice before handing over money.

The location is great, near MOA, but there’s no signal or data around Breeze Residences. You won’t be able to book a grab in the lobby. You have to go outside near alfamart or walk farther away from Breeze Residences to get signal and book one. For grab food delivery, the driver may message you to keep track of their location because they can’t connect as they approach the area.

My room on 1250B was clean and quiet, with a nice view, and the place felt fully secured. The pool is nice too, though the 150-per-person fee feels too expensive for guests.
