The rooms were filthy, there were cockroaches everywhere, and even the trash disposal door on our floor was broken. The elevator would spray something now and then, presumably disinfectant, but the smell was awful. Parking also cost an unreasonable amount. The worst part was the security and front desk. I had booked three bedrooms and listed all the guests, yet the same person was refused entry twice, even though staff later found his name on the list. Since it was late and they still wouldn't let him upstairs, I paid for another hotel room for him twice. When staff finally found his name, they laughed in my face after I'd already booked elsewhere. Later, when I was upset and asked for their names so I could report them, they ran off and suddenly went on break. They were clearly untrained. I'd give this place no stars if I could. I'm incredibly disappointed. Please hire better staff. The Pinoy hospitality is lost with this team.

It's about a 10-minute walk to MOA, which was convenient, and there are eateries and a convenience store nearby. There wasn't much food variety for Muslims, though. The room was small but reasonable for one or two people. Both the room and corridor had a damp, musty smell, and there were lots of cockroaches, so avoid it if you're scared of them. Getting in and out of the building was a hassle because security had to tap you in and out. The cost was RM150 per night. This was my first and last time using this Airbnb, and I'll try other locations next time.

My family loved the facilities, especially the pool area, which felt like a resort. There are four huge pools, so even on weekends it never felt too crowded.

The pool looks really nice and is very “intagramable” if you're into social media, but I wouldn't book here again or recommend it. Nobody helped open the exit door or carry our luggage, and guest assistance was really poor. For a 3- or 4-day staycation, be ready to pay 150 pesos per person each day you want to swim, or 300 per person if that day falls on a holiday. The Airbnb listing didn't mention the pool fee or the dress code. They prefer dry-fit shirts and shorts, not cotton. This was our first time booking here through Airbnb.

Tower A residents are dealing with daily stress and unsafe crowding because elevator service at Shore Residences has become unacceptable. With only two or three elevators working, queues now stretch to the lobby, like a box office premiere. People routinely wait 10-15 minutes just to go up, and often have to let several elevators pass before they can get down. This has been going on for weeks, with no clear fix from management. Tower A residents deserve better.
