They kept our security deposit, saying there was a shower “leakage.” We didn’t know about it because we never used the shower. They said we should have reported it, but how could we report something we didn’t know about? We never used it! A bunch of scammers.

The apartment block is crowded and not a good place to stay. There are insects everywhere, and there’s no soundproofing, so loud street and airplane noise goes on 24 hours a day. I wouldn’t recommend it, even at a discounted rate.

The two-bedroom unit with two bathrooms looked clean and modern, and I didn’t see any cockroaches. But there was a mouse. When I reached for my phone to take pictures, it ran under my bed. Those three nights were a nightmare, and I couldn’t sleep. At night, with the lights off, it ran around my things. I checked my suitcase carefully while packing because I was afraid I’d take it home. Owners, please look under the beds! We were on the 17th floor, across from BDO.

The building needs serious upgrades. Some floor tiles are broken or missing, the walls have a lot of water damage, and the hallways smell musty. They also aren’t swept or cleaned every day.
