The gym has such a friendly feel that I actually look forward to going. Gina, Jen & Roel are so warm, always greeting you with a smile, and you can tell they care about the members. The showers were spotless, the whole facility was clean and well looked after, and the sauna is a great way to relax after working out. Such good energy, with staff who go out of their way to make the experience nice.

The location felt peaceful and quiet while still being close to the main attractions and amenities. We were especially pleased with how clean the hotel was and its warm atmosphere. Our room was spacious, spotless, and cozy, with lovely attention to detail, and breakfast had plenty of delicious freshly prepared choices each morning. The staff were always friendly, attentive, and ready to help. We had a wonderful stay and would gladly return or recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and good service.

Ryan, Kim, and Anna were friendly, attentive, and professional, and their service made our evening especially enjoyable. Ryan stood out for having a genuinely warm conversation with us that made us feel at home. The food at The Nostalgia Bar was excellent, well prepared, and a real pleasure. I'd recommend it for both the meal and the service.

The staff are the reason I'd come back without hesitation. In 54 years of traveling around the USA and Philippines, I haven't had better massages, and everyone we've dealt with has been wonderful. My fiancé and I have enjoyed the location and amenities during our stay, and we're here for 4 more days. The room is comfortable and well equipped, with a full kitchen, though the knife was so dull it was nearly useless and felt dangerous. The cooking area also needs to be larger, or the pots and pans smaller, since two of them couldn't sit on the burners together without switching off the push button controls. I'd choose smaller cookware. There is major remodeling and revision going on around the building, which affects the outside appeal, but it's outside their control. Otherwise this is a wonderful place to stay. Even if the rooms, building, or amenities were less nice, I'd still return for the staff.
