This was my fourth time at Steps Garden Resort, and I’m already looking forward to coming back. The rooms are very clean, and they only change towels when you ask, which many other hotels overlook. It’s a nice way to help the environment. The minibar is priced so reasonably that I don’t hesitate to use the fridge. The staff are friendly and helpful in every way. A typhoon hit on my planned departure day, and they kept me updated about when ships would start running again. Extending my stay by a day was easy. I highly recommend staying here.

The staff were top tier, and the facilities were beautiful. Tamarind restaurant was excellent, too, and I’d definitely recommend it. They’re happy to help book activities like diving, island hopping, spa treatments, and private transport from Manila airport to Puerto Galera. Thanks to Camille and JC for making the whole stay so smooth and luxurious. We had a wonderful time at Steps Garden Resort.

Maybelle and Camille at the front desk really made our stay. When a ship delay nearly left us stranded, they kept us updated on the schedule and even helped us rebook our tickets. Everywhere we went, the staff greeted us warmly and were ready to help. We also loved the restaurant and bar, with tasty food and drinks, and our room was huge, clean, comfortable, and well kept for the price. The resort itself is beautiful and maintained well, with a relaxing feel. The amenities were top-notch, and the rates affordable. We had an amazing stay at Steps Garden Resort in Puerto Galera and would happily return and recommend it.

The pool is great, and the poolside bar is excellent, especially with the 2 for 1 cocktails. I’ve stayed here many times and find the rooms very clean and well kept. The staff are friendly and helpful. Even during my current off-season visit, they were well staffed. Definitely good value for money.

Great location and fantastic staff. The steps up to the penthouse are a serious climb. I’d definitely stay again!
