My group and I came all the way from Manila to Puerto Galera, and this was my worst experience so far. The room was extremely hot and uncomfortable, and the air conditioner didn’t do its job. Muddy, dirty water came from the faucet. The owner, Juday, was rude and unapologetic. I tried to discuss a compromise, but got nowhere. Instead, she arrogantly told me, "pwede na kayo mag pull-out tutal eto kausap ko na yung papalit sa inyo". I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS TRANSIENT. Move to another hotel. There are plenty, some closer to the beach, and better and cheaper too.

I can’t really recommend it. The faucet water was extremely dirty, and the AC wasn’t powerful enough for the whole room. The paint made the room dark, and the lighting couldn’t brighten the space.

I traveled solo in Puerto Galera this November 2029. The place was clean and affordable, about a 10-minute walk from White Beach.

It was quite different from what I expected. The beach is only a few meters away, but the owner and staff weren’t very accommodating. Wi-Fi was hard to access, and you need patience to get connected if you want to use the internet.
