The service here is excellent and really deserves the four-star rating. The refurbished main building feels modern and clean, with spacious rooms that are well stocked. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom large, and the new TV and split air conditioning worked well. There’s a shopping centre within walking distance. The pool was good, though it could use a little upkeep. Service is the main reason I’d recommend this place.

We held a postgraduate course at the hotel and were well looked after from the planning through the event itself. The rooms were very spacious, and the function hall was really nice. Every staff member was accommodating. Good job!

I’ve stayed at around six hotels in the PI, and this was clearly the best. The room was great and the restaurant was just as nice. Staff were friendly and efficient, and the price wasn’t too high. It’s only a five-minute ride from the airport. The pictures are of the lobby and complimentary breakfast.

You don’t need to be staying at the hotel to eat here. The restaurant is just inside the lobby on your left as you enter. It has a good menu of local food plus a few familiar international dishes. The Chicken Sisig is a must. They also have good non-alcoholic drinks, beer, and wine, but no cocktails. A great place for a meal in the city.

The airport is very close, and the staff were incredibly polite and courteous. We really enjoyed our stay, especially the excellent breakfast buffet. I’d definitely recommend the hotel and would happily stay again.
