The location is the one good point, but this was my worst stay here, even though we've visited multiple times. We had a Deluxe room with enough space, but the bathroom drain and lavatory were clogged, the area under the bed was dirty, the TV reception was poor, and the WiFi didn't work. Service was very slow and barely responsive, even after we called several times. They only provided soap. They used to include a toothbrush and toothpaste, and two bathroom towels in a couples room, but now there was just one towel. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

The staff at Astrotel Novaliches were friendly and accommodating, and the room was clean and comfortable. I had a great stay and highly recommend it!

There was a cockroach, and the room smelled awful. Never again. They ask you to leave your keys with reception or the front desk, and I couldn't help wondering if they go into the room and snoop around. I've never been asked to do that before, so it seemed suspicious.

The room was tiny, on the fourth floor, and there was no elevator. When we walked in, we found lots of insects on the desk by the bed. The sheet was stained, and the pillow and blanket smelled bad. The TV reception was poor, the area under the bed was filthy as if it hadn't been cleaned in years, and there was no light in the CR. We won't return. We should've read the reviews first, lesson learned. Worst hotel we've checked into. It doesn't even deserve one star.

The staff were okay, but I had to follow up before they did anything. Both rooms had no windows. Upgrading from an ordinary room to a themed one didn't make much difference, and there was no smart TV or shower.
