There was no bedding, pillow covers, toilet paper, towels, or soap in the room, and neither the TV nor the outlets worked. The staff member who showed us around switched on the TV to demonstrate it, saw the inputs weren't working, asked if that was okay, then turned off its circuit breaker and left. Later we found all the other things missing. When we asked for toilet paper, we were told to buy it, one small roll cost 220 pesos. After a terrible day, I didn't have the energy to argue. We got up at 6 am and left as soon as we could. This isn't a place to come to relax.
