Eurotel North Edsa

By the third night I was finally getting good rest. The room was near a service area where housekeeping staff sometimes gathered, but it was much quieter than the earlier rooms. I could sleep properly and recover. The TV only had local channels, and although Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Disney+ were available, I needed my own logins. That was a minor inconvenience since rest was my main priority during the last days. Getting to that room took several moves. I arrived in the evening on January 6, 2026, and check-in was quick and smooth. I'd requested a windowless, quiet room with a bathtub. The first room was near the lobby and elevator, so conversations and other noise carried through the evening. It had a bathtub but no stopper, so I couldn't use it, which was a letdown since I chose and paid more for that room type. I asked to change rooms and was told finding a similar one would take time, but no estimate was given. I left my luggage and stepped out briefly. When I returned, I had been moved to another nearby room. It was just as noisy, had no bathtub, and I could hear conversations and staff working in nearby rooms. I was told they'd keep looking, but the separate email I sent to central reservations got no reply. The next evening there were still few choices. Groups of students were in the busy lobby for what looked like scheduled events, so the hotel seemed full or nearly full. My room was near a fire exit and maintenance area, which explained the ongoing disruptions. After a tiring day, I followed up at the concierge. Mech kindly took over and quickly arranged a viewing, and Lawrence showed me the room promptly. It met most of my requests: quiet, windowless, and away from busy areas. Some sound still came through the door because the walls were thin, but it was a big improvement. After all that packing and unpacking, I could finally settle in. I'm very grateful to Mech and Lawrence for being professional, quick to respond, and calm through a confusing process. If I'd been given that final room from the start, the stay could have earned a higher rating. The repeated moves and the failure to meet my stated preferences took away from what could have been a relaxing staycation. Once settled, though, the rest of my time there was comfortable.
