It's handy for getting around, with Gateway and the MRT/LRT nearby and lots of travel options. The TV was there and the aircon worked well. The room had no curtains, so sunlight and heat came straight in when the sun was up. The bathroom drainage was awful: shower water took ages to go down, and sink water ended up on the floor. They supplied a toiletries box for our booking for two adults, with two toothbrushes, one small soap, and one shampoo sachet. We waited a long time to be seen when we arrived, and check-in was slow for the person ahead of us. That's okay, but when the receptionist got to us she was unpleasant. I think her name was Ednalyn or something. We politely asked how much it would cost to add a bed or upgrade to a room with two beds, a common question. She answered with a sour face and a loud sigh. We'd traveled five hours and got that attitude. The door also needs repair. We couldn't open it on arrival after trying several times, so we asked for help. The guy said, 'my style po ng pagbubukas jan,' and tried a few times before managing to open it.

We picked this place because it was really affordable and conveniently close to Araneta and the establishments we visited. Room service was great, and I loved being able to order from the menu any time, day or night. The room was cool and cozy, but the bathroom had a really unpleasant smell. I had to spray it every time I went in. I hope the other rooms aren't like that.

The restaurant downstairs has a wide menu and room service all day and night. Breakfast runs from 6:00 AM-9:00 AM, when there seem to be more staff around and it has a bit of a silver-service feel. I ordered pork chop ala pobre with garlic rice for dinner through reception and enjoyed it. The hotel has a polished feel, although it's a little aged, which shows in some electrical fittings. There were three outlets in my room, one at the table and two by the bed. The bedside ones were awkward, one too tight for my charger and the other too loose. I made do with an extension cord I had, though I'm sure they would have helped if I'd asked. My Studio room was clean and functional, but a bit small for me as a tall person. Larger choices like the Euro Suite and standard are available. It had two mirrors, including a full-length one, a wardrobe, and a nice bathroom. Towels, toothbrushes, bottled water, and slippers were provided, but the slippers didn't fit me. A large and small pair would be a nice touch. Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning, and hairdryer all worked well. The double bed was two single mattresses on one frame. Getting around was easy. Farmers Plaza, Gateway Mall, and SM are nearby. The Cubao Bus Terminal is a 15-minute walk, and the train station is five minutes away. Buses to Antipolo and other local places leave near the 24-hour Jollibee, about two minutes away. There are buses to Bicol, Samar, Leyte, Mindanao, and Iloilo, and UV Express vans to Rodriguez nearby. Taxis and, in some areas, tricycles are easy to find. Staff can also arrange a Grab car for the airport. Check-in was easy at the 24-hour reception. I gave them my booking details and ID, then waited just a few minutes for the electronic entry card. Staff were polite throughout. When the electronic key didn't work at first, a staff member passing by promptly helped sort it out. Eurotel Vivaldi Araneta was a very nice hotel for the price. My three-night rate was excellent value, and the location is great. I recommend it at the right price. The staff seemed happy and relaxed, and made me feel that my stay mattered, which creates a welcoming atmosphere.

We stayed one night. The room was decent, though there were signs of age and use, including a broken shower faucet handle. They provided complimentary bottled water. Service was very good, and staff answered the phone quickly. The location worked well, just minutes from bus stations serving northern and southern Philippines.

The Family Suite had everything we needed, from air conditioning and Netflix to a tub and hot and cold shower. They also do room service for food, and the price was reasonable.
