For a long stay, the prices are hard to beat compared with Airbnbs. It isn’t the newest place, but the living area is decent, especially with the loft-style layout. There are a few minor bathroom issues, though they’re mostly manageable. Plan to do your own cleaning if you’re staying for weeks, since regular housekeeping isn’t included in the rate.

The accommodation was great, and every staff member was nice. There were no hidden charges, it’s pet-friendly, and the price was very affordable. My family and I, including my friends who visited, were all very happy. We’ll definitely book again.

The bed never felt comfortable or stable, and the shower on the lower floor was cold. There were two showers but only one curtain, and it was upstairs, so the first-floor shower had none. We were told housekeeping would collect trash, straighten the bed, and bring fresh towels. None of that happened from the first night into the next day, even though we were all out. We returned to an unmade bed, full trash, and no clean towels. The towels we’d used on the floor were still there too. On the second night, the third day, I was alone in the suite and housekeeping finally came. They took the trash and left one roll of toilet paper and a couple of water bottles, but did nothing else. The bed was still a mess whenever we came back. At checkout on the fourth day, the front desk had to compensate us for part of our deposit because of the dirty towel on the floor. They also said we’d made a mess in the first-floor shower and should have told them there was no curtain. Then they said we should have called room service about the dirty towels so the cleaners could deal with them. The towels had been on the floor for three nights, and we never got clean ones. It was super annoying to be blamed for housekeeping’s lack of work and expected to pay, when the hotel already had a system for cleaning and replenishing things. The workers responsible for that were seriously lacking. Automatic one star.
