I came here to play pickleball, and the rates are amazing. The court was nice and clean, and the staff were very accommodating. I do wish it had more ventilation. It's one of our favorite courts, and we'll definitely return. I hope they host open plays! There isn't a designated restroom or changing room near the court, so you'd have to change in one room. There's also very little space between the wall and court, so you can't step back, which was frustrating. At 250 per hour or 550 for 2 hrs, though, I don't feel I have much right to complain.

It's disappointing that you have to hand over your keys when you go outside. The doors don't work properly, so anyone could enter the room, and the staff couldn't explain why. It didn't feel safe.

There was enough parking, and the staff were polite. We got VIP treatment, plus free breakfast with a drink, all for 1239 for a 12 hrs stay. The Freakin Android Smart Tv was a bonus!

It was an okay stay, though I might not return. The room was generally clean, but the mirror overhead and the wall sticker bothered me. The lighting was too cozy for sleeping, while the light by the table near the front door wasn't bright enough to work by. The sheets and towels looked clean but old. I booked because it's close to my apartment and I needed to get something done. Check-in took a full 20 minutes while staff verified my Agoda reservation. There was a form I had to fill out, but they couldn't provide it because the printer was broken. They also could have explained beforehand that they would keep my ID.

Harts Hotel was an okay budget stay, but not somewhere I'd want to return to. The lobby looked decent and clean, and the staff were nice and helped us choose rooms. But the elevator felt unsafe and sounded like it might fall. The hallway was dark and eerie, not welcoming. The room smelled bad, and the wall art looked unsuitable for kids and made the room feel smaller and darker. The amenities didn't meet the standard rate.
